CONSIRT, The Center for Slavic and East European Studies at The Ohio State University and the Polish Academy of Sciences organized the workshop, "Health Issues in Public Opinion Survey Research in Central and Eastern Europe," at OSU in Columbus, Ohio, March 31 - April 3, 2011.   The workshop website is here.
 

CONSIRT organized a session at the 2011 IPSA-ECPR Joint Conference, Sao Paulo, Brazil, “Assessing the Democratic Divide between Eastern and Western Europe.” 

CONSIRT organized two sessions at the XVII World Congress of the International Sociological Association in Gothenburg, Sweden, 2010, as part of the Research Committee on Political Sociology RC18.  The general theme of the sessions is, "Political Inequality in Cross-National Perspective."  For more information, see the political inequality website.

CONSIRT organized the session, "The Cost of Radical Social Change: Enduring Inequalities in Central and Eastern Europe" at the Midwest Slavic Conference, hosted by The Center for Slavic and East European Studies of The Ohio State University, at OSU Columbus, OH, USA, April 15 - 17, 2010.
